Some of our Gift Receipients
Sophie B. Has been battling leukemia for 1.5 years now and still has another year and a half to go of treatments.
Because of covid, she has been completely isolated in her hospital room. Our team at LoloWich wanted to gift her an iPad and
bluetooth headphones to not only have fun on it playing games and apps, but to also communicate with her friends and family during her treatments.
This family has endured A LOT, to say the least. Sophie's sister has also battled leukemia and is currently in remission. We feel forever
connected to this beautiful family and are so grateful to have been able to put a smile on May’s face! You got this, May! We’re here for you! :)
Patrick B. Is a huge inspiration to us here at LoloWich! Patrick suffered 3 strokes in utero and once born, was having constant seizures.
This family overcame some incredibly scary situations and yet Patrick continued to defy the odds and fought every step of the way!
A few years ago, Patrick was gifted an adaptive bike that would allow him to be able to bike with his friends…he had independence, what a feeling!
But as he’s getting older and his friends are voyaging out further away from home, given the size of the bike, it’s not something that
can fit in the family’s car to be transported. This hitch carrier was gifted to Patrick by the team at LoloWIch so he now has the freedom
to meet his buddies anywhere they go and can ride along with them! This hitch can also carry his wheelchair too so the family doesn’t have to
lift this heavy piece of equipment into the car.
Patrick, seeing your smile on this day was truly heartwarming for all of us involved. We love you and we are so lucky to have met you! Xoxo
"Under the Sea" switch toy gifted to a local family! With a simple press of a button, adaptive switches allow people with special needs to activate various technology and electronic toys/devices in their environment. We hope this sweet child is enjoying this fun new toy!
